Precious little idle time I have, I’ve been reading-up on Boeing 737 systems and procedures. Having done the same for the CRJ-200 three years ago, I now have some understanding of both. This usefully allows for some interesting comparisons, and I’m starting to understand the things that are common to transport jets, versus things that are unique to each type.

Darby Photo Albums I’ve finally finished scanning the Darby photo albums. There were three albums, one was pink and two were brown. Everything in the albums were scanned. If you have problems downloading images please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve the problem. Moving To Hugo by Jeff
The Middleman is a fine static site generation tool, however because of my increasing interest in Go, I have decided to switch from MM to Hugo. I feel like MM is a more mature system.
For example, when porting my templates over to Hugo, I learned that index.html had to be written in HTML. It’s the only content page that must be written in HTML, and it’s also possibly the only content page that some sites may have....
A New Website by Jeff
I guess this is the obligatory “first post.” I had a website which sat, mostly idle, and eventually disappeared when Apple killed off its previous suite of Internet services. They gave enough notice to migrate, but I simply didn’t bother.
Since I like to tinker, I decided to take a different approach. I’m using static HTML generation which has it’s advantages as well as disadvantages. I decided to build this site’s HTML from the ground-up (almost)....
